Which peptide vendors pass basic transparency checks?

None of the 22 vendors we track pass all six checks we audit. The median vendor passes 3.5. The check most often confirmed is “refund or return policy” (18 of 22); the least is “reships lost or damaged packages” (5).
45 of the 132 answers are “could not confirm”: the store does not say either way where we can find it. That is not the same as a no.

A certificate is only as good as its link to the vial
A COA tells you about one lot. It only helps if you can tie it to the vial in your hand. Most vendors do this with a lot number or a QR code on the vial that opens that lot's certificate. For an example, Mizan Supply walks through it in a short video on its testing and COAs page.

How we measured this
Each check is audited by hand against the vendor's own site and public records, and re-run when evidence goes stale. “Yes” needs proof we can link to; “No” means we checked and the store does not meet it; anything else is unconfirmed. A COA counts when it comes from an independent lab and is under 12 months old; see our COA standards. These checks describe how a store does business. They say nothing about what is in a vial. Peptide counts are live listings today.
