Terms of use
By using pep.deals you confirm you are at least 21, you are accessing the site for lawful research-sourcing comparison only, and you will not use it to seek dosing guidance, human-use instructions, or help evading a supplier’s terms or applicable law.
The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy of scraped data, and uninterrupted availability. Catalog rows, badges, stock hints, and landed-cost math are programmatic snapshots. Confirm everything at the vendor checkout.
Outbound links route through our /go redirect for attribution. Parameters may identify the click to affiliate networks or vendors. Commercial relationships are summarized on Affiliate disclosure and in the site footer.
Vendors are independent third parties. We do not endorse, guarantee, inspect, or warrant their products, shipping, refunds, privacy practices, or regulatory compliance. Any dispute about a purchase belongs between you and the vendor (and your payment issuer if applicable).
Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, pep.deals and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the site or reliance on outbound listings. Because access is free, our aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the greater of zero or the amount you paid pep.deals for the specific feature giving rise to the claim (today: $0 for ordinary browsing).
Indemnity. You agree to defend and hold harmless pep.deals and its operators from claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your misuse of vendor information, your violation of these terms, or your violation of third-party rights, except to the extent caused by our wilful misconduct.
Dispute posture. Unless prohibited where you live, you waive any right to participate in a class action against pep.deals and waive trial by jury for disputes subject to these terms. We are not imposing mandatory arbitration: if a court declines to enforce any portion of this section, the remainder stays in effect and you may pursue claims in courts of competent jurisdiction as law allows.
Governing law & venue. These terms are governed by the laws of [REPLACE: state/country], without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Subject to applicable consumer protections, courts in [REPLACE: venue] have personal jurisdiction for disputes pep.deals chooses to litigate here; if you are entitled to sue in your home courts under mandatory law, that entitlement remains available.
Draft terms: have qualified counsel review before launch; nothing here is tailored legal advice.
